Oceania Oracle {Excerpts}
Sea Structures Inc.
by Eric S. Klien
I have always been very unhappy with my lack of progress on getting
reasonable construction costs for hexagons. The hexagons as designed
by Sten Sjostrand would have been extremely expensive to build,
probably about $5 million an acre. The advantage of Sten's design
was that you could build tall buildings on his hexagons, but a low
density community was impracticable. After speaking with Richard, I
am convinced that he can build hexagons of varying costs depending on
how tall of a structure that you wish to build. This flexibility in
costs is the key to the success of Oceania.
So how does this affect you today? Well, if you would like to buy a
boat ramp, floating pool, floating dock, floating golf green, fish
farm, floating island, or just an autographed
400, send me e-mail with the exact details on the item that you wish to
purchase and I'll find out the cost for you. Part of the proceeds
from these sales will go to The Atlantis Project.
Richard Morris deserves our support.
