JUNE MILESTONE

The month of June will be an important one for Oceania. Both Wired Magazine and NetGuide will be covering us in their June issues. This is the first media coverage we have had in phase two of The Atlantis Project. It will probably be more useful than all the media coverage to date as both articles will include a contact address for us.

In other words, an inexpensive web site is generating more useful media coverage than expensive one and two page ads placed in national magazines plus ads in local magazines, TV and radio shows did. Live and learn.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We are short of hands at The Atlantis Project. If you have skills that you can lend to our cause, send us e-mail. We can use you both remotely and onsite. We have a huge need for white papers as our earlier volunteers haven't generated any yet!

ADVERTISER NEEDED

A person is needed to help us advertise on the AOL groups.

MAC SPECIALIST NEEDED

If you are an expert on Macs, we have a few questions to ask you.

INTERNET PHONE

A person in the U.K. is needed to help us test out the Internet Phone application. Any information on the Internet Phone would be appreciated.

WEB SITE

Our web site continues to be improved! We are now using the features available in Netscape 1.2b to add background patterns, background colors, and foreground colors. While most people won't have access to these features for a few more months, we are getting on the cutting edge so that magazines which review our site will see the best site that is possible to offer!

We are finally implementing inline .jpgs to speed up downloads and quite a few sections have been added as a quick review of the main page will show. We hope to finally make the Constitution and Laws fully hypertext by the next issue. The full hypertext version will include a search feature to look for particular phrases.

WELSH NAMES

We need some Welsh names for a project. Please send us any good ones.

NEW MUTUAL LINKS

The following links are mutual links that have been established but never confirmed before in the Oceania Oracle. They mention us, we mention them. More mutual links are being established every day.

Daniel Deimert, Paul Hardy, Peter Lanague, Karl Waldman, Eliot Williams, and Jamal A. Wills list us on their home page.

The Waterfront/Sunshine Dreams Real Estate page lists us as where you may be looking for this type of real estate in a few years.

The Rhode Island Libertarian Party lists us on their home page.

The Theophysical Design page lists us, under the heading Structure.

The Swedish libertarians' (ie "Frihetsfronten"'s) homepage on the web lists us.

We were the March 25th Link of the Week on the web site run by Ryan A. MacMichael.

Emoticon lists us on their Quite Exciting Places To Go page.

Filaments of the Zodiac, a WWW page of Pacific Northwest artists maintained by Rainshadow Audio Lab on Whidbey Island in Puget Sound has a link to Oceania under the button Alchemical Researches.

And if you have a mutual link with us PLEASE make sure it is pointing to http://oceania.org/. This is our permanent web site address.
