I had this ability even before the recent security disaster, and it was my use of this ability which accidently further reduced the security of the mailing list.
If you are able to break into any of our mailing lists, please let us know. The moderated mailing list blind-l would be a good list to test things on since it is not being used at this time.
One nice thing about the web provider service being greatly oversubscribed is that this is a good sign for raising money for the Sea Structures business plan. We had hoped on being able to announce the final draft in this issue but Jim Davidson's first attempt to post it to the seacell-l mailing list failed due to a mistake in the security measures applied to that list.
Our web site has picked up more publicity recently. Yet another CD ROM publisher, Knowledge Adventure, has contacted us about putting Oceania on a CD. And NetGuide just interviewed us thanks to our web site. Does anyone know the circulation of NetGuide?
Our web site continues to be improved. We would like to thank Zenon Kulpa for his unflagging efforts to add original artwork to the web site. Many interactive routines have been added to the web site. One project that is almost completed is to finally build a password protected secret area for the Oceania secret .sig society members. Our current web site provider has been given the necessary information to activate this feature.
Business plan writers are needed for some Oceania related projects.
A free temporary telnet/SLIP account is needed in New York City.
Hudson Trinity, an Internet provider in Houston, Texas, what do people know about it?
Please note that it is very likely that the technical support job at our web provider service will be given to one of the newsgroup co-moderators. (This job will not exist until I am overwhelmed by the amount of customers that the web provider accumulates.)

Dear Friend (and/or Fortune & Freedomseeker, I hope!)
Enclosed is a mailpiece representing a new approach I've developed for marketing Terra Libra and ideologically compatible programs. It could turn out to be explosive for these reasons:
It's aimed at people interested in money and success - a vastly greater market than those just interested in freedom.
I've shown this program to several mailorder and MLM experts to help me improve it. They are all thrilled with it and they think it will be a huge success.
One of the first people I showed it to is Harry Plott of World Network Holdings, who is one of the most experienced experts around when it comes to mailorder and MLM. He immediately signed up for LifeMoneySuccess(tm) and insisted that I fedex him his master copy so he could include the program with his newsletter and statements to be mailed to all his customers during the next few days.
I started showing initial variations of this program to a few people last week. Practically everyone thinks it has explosive potential. Eight people have already signed up. They think it will be very easy to sell to their friends and contacts. They think it will be phenomenally profitable.
It could become very profitable for you, too. But, obviously, this can only happen if you sign up for the program. So I hope you'll do so immediately!
Kind regards,
(signed)
Frederic Mann P.S. LifeMoneySuccess(tm) could turn out to be the program that makes fortunes for us and helps us create a freedom explosion!
