WEB SITE
I have found two acceptable web sites to move to. As soon as one of them can give me an approximate date on when oceania.org could be activated on their site, this site will be moved. Due to the uni
ersity pretty much saying they are kicking us off our current location, funds will be made available for this move. I would like to thank Bob Bickford for his donations and pledge of continued donat
ons to help move the web site.
Our web site has undergone numerous improvements lately. Bob Bickford has upgraded the friends of the web page which now has more than 50 links. I have improved the graphical format and layout of th
main page and others. Ted Bedweh has created and updated a sound web page. Lawler Keith has provided sounds of waves breaking on the beach. Greg Griffin has helped improved the web page containing
he Spanish translation of the constitution.
>From David Wall:
As an assistant working for Bryan Pfaffenberger, author of The World-Wide Web Bible, I would like to feature your Web page in the book, which will be published next year by MIS Press.
We are including screen shots and descriptions of some of the Web's best governmental and political resources, and I feel your site fits this specification.
The writeup of your site will include one screen shot, plus a brief description.
If you have any objections the the use of your page in this way, please contact me.

HOSPITAL SHIP
>From Yvan Bozzonetti
I have seen, some years ago, a Cousteau's movie featuring tens of unused large ships storred at the mouth of the Danube river. These fishing ships was built in former communist countries to mainains
activities in shipyards, unfortunately, there was no market for them, so they was stored here waiting to rust. I assume most of them are here now. Maybe you could contact the Cousteau's society to a
k about them?
Sincerely,
Yvan Bozzonetti.
CONSTITUTION
I have once again upgraded the constitution and laws based on comments given. Among other changes, the new definition for adults and the limitation on donations has been implemented. If you would li
e to comment on the latest version, please send me e-mail.
I would like to thank Christopher Zervic for offering to translate the constitution into Esperanto.
I would like to thank Luis Miguel Sequeira for offering to translate the constitution into Portuguese.
